¿Quién soy a día de hoy?
Nací en Jaén en 1976 y me gusta narrar historias con dibujos. Titulado en Artes Plásticas en la especialidad de Tipografía, con una larga trayectoria profesional en el sector del diseño aplicado a las artes gráficas y la maquetación en el sector de la fotografía, siempre he estado en proyectos artísticos relacionados con el cómic y su expansión didáctica.
Colaboro con diversos escritores que quieren ver ilustradas sus historias.
Un paseo por mi trayectoria
Mis comienzos creativos datan de 1987, cuando hacía fan-cómics para mis amigos y vecinos, creando mis propios personajes, como por ejemplo, Time-Man.
En 1991 conozco a mi amigo José Muñoz Cerón, mi primer guionista, con el que realizo multitud de historias, que recopilábamos y auto-editábamos.
Ese año ingreso en Viñeta 6, donde recibo mis primeros aprendizajes sobre la narrativa grafica, gracias a al asesoramiento de compañeros y maestros, como Paco Nájera.
En 1997 salgo de Viñeta 6 y comienzo a dibujar tiras cómicas para el Diario Jaén. Simultáneamente creo un grupo de aficionados al cómic, La Brigada IceLada, cuya finalidad es acercar el 9.º arte a los más pequeños.
En 2005 regreso a “Viñeta 6”, escribiendo guiones para los cómics “El Jardín de las Niñas Muertas”, con dibujos de Beni Olea y “Gandrenoide”, con dibujos de José Miguel Serrano.
En 2012 entro en contacto con Gene Tipton, y comienzo a dibujar y entintar la adaptación a comic del libro de Norman Applegate, “Into the Basement”

para Shoot in the dark comics (U.S.A.). A la misma vez, también entro en contacto con Rodney Roger de R- Comics (Paises Bajos), con quien realizo la historia corta “It should be painted red” y posteriormente, la serie “New Dawn”

En 2013 entro en contacto con Isaac D. Quattlebaun, un editor de Elmira (Nueva York) que me encarga las series “Wicked is the new black”, “Husk” y recientemente “Loomis Valley Mysteries”.
En 2015 en contacto con Luis M. Cruz, editor de Cruzin Cómics, de Nueva York, para quien empiezo a dibujar dos series, “Blood Kill” y “Target”. Poco después comienzo a dibujar el relato “Exaustos”, de la autora “Lengua viva mata”. Continuo con la ilustración literaria colaborando con Tery Logan (Beatriz Tante), para realizar un diseño de portada y una ilustración para el libro “Relatos de una Logan”. La química creativa surge entre ambos y formamos tándem para futuros proyectos, el más inmediato, la adaptación a cómic del relato escrito por Tery Logan titulado “Sangre y Alas”.
Mi trabajo más reciente publicado, ha sido para la editorial americana INSANE COMICS, para la serie «We Scream»

Who am I today?
I was born in Jaén in 1976 and I like to tell stories with pictures. Degree in Fine Arts specializing in typography, with a long career in the field of design applied to the graphic arts and desktop publishing in the field of photography, I have always been in art projects related to the comic and educational expansion.
Member of the Cultural Association Viñeta 6 Jaén, Co-founder and director of the comic magazine of fantasy and science fiction, Area 51. He also collaborated with several writers who want to see their stories illustrated.
A walk through my career
My creative beginnings date from 1987, when it was fan-comics for my friends and neighbors, creating my own characters, such as Time-Man.
In 1991 I know my friend José Muñoz Cerón, my first screenwriter, with whom I perform many stories that we edited and self-recopilábamos.
That year income Viñeta 6, where I received my first lessons on graphic narrative, thanks to the advice of peers and teachers, as Paco Najera.
In 1997 I leave Viñeta 6 and start drawing comics for Jaen Journal. Simultaneously I think a group of comic book fans, IceLada Brigade, whose purpose is to bring art to the 9th smaller.
In 2005 return to «Viñeta 6», writing scripts for comics «The Garden of the Dead Girls», with drawings of Beni Olea and «Gandrenoide» with drawings by José Miguel Serrano.
In 2012 I contact with Gene Tipton, and I start drawing and inking comic book adaptation of Norman Applegate, «Into the Basement»

The creative chemistry between them and form arises tandem for future projects, the most immediate, adaptation to comic book story written by Tery Logan entitled «Blood and Wings».
